The Bose Smart Soundbar is my favorite soundbar to recommend if you’re looking for a sound bar for a small or medium sized living room, and its a great option if you’re looking for something for your bed room cause it sounds good and its super compact and it doesn’t need an external subwoofer. However, for me it is very hard to justify building out the Bose Smart Soundbar with an external subwoofer, cause bose gets very pricy very quickly.
Personally, I was very disappointed with the Bose Soundlink Flex 2 cause this speaker is very hard to justify when compared to its direct competitors, the JBL Flip 7 and the Sony ULT field 1… this speaker just lacks the proper speaker setup you’d expect in a premium speaker these days. But now we have the Bose Soundlink Plus, and im actually impressed by this speaker… but its still hard to justify when compared to its direct competitors. But today we’re going to compare the Mid Sized Bose Soundlink Plus with the small sized JBL Flip 7 and Sony ULT Field 1 so that you can see how much bose needs to improve.
So I like the new Bose Sondlink plus, it sounds really good and it gives me very high hopes for the Bose Soundlink Max 2. However for a mid sized speaker, I do find it a little hard to justify cause the Bose Soundlink Plus is priced by a large sized speaker… so today we’re going to see how the Bose Soundlink Plus compares to both the Sony ULT field 5 and JBL Xtreme 4.
So I like the new Bose Sondlink plus, it sounds really good and it gives me very high hopes for the Bose Soundlink Max 2. However for a mid sized speaker, I do find it a little hard to justify. The Soundcore Rave 3S is a very imrepssive mid sized box speaker cause it sounds good, and it looks good… but its also an amazing option to consider for karaoke cause it comes included with two wireless microphones, but more importantly, it has this really cool AI vocal removal tool so you can remove the vocals from any song you’re playing, and it does all of this locally from the device. Overall, the Soundcore Rave 3S gives you a very big bang for your buck, and I think a lot of people are going to be happy with this mic sized box speaker. But if you’re looking for something a little smaller and a lot more durable, lets see how it compares to both the JBL Boombox 3 and Sony ULT 7 which is currently one of my favorite speakers to use.
So this is the Bose S1 Pro, and this is a speaker thats better left to the professionals than plan on using their speaker with a microphone, some type of instrument, or a mixer on a regular basis… probably for work. But if you’re a casual user looking for something portable and durable, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re looking at either the JBL Boombox 3 or the Sony ULT 7. And size wise, these speakers are very similar, but the Sony and JBL are very different from the bose. Nonetheless lets see how the Bose S1 Pro plus compares to both the JBL Boombox 3 and the Sony ULT 7 and lets see which one is right for you.
