So this is the Sony Bravia 5, its a 4K mini LED tv and its the replacement for the Sony X90L, which is the TV that I used to use in my home theater set up before I upgraded to the Bravia 8 which is an OLED tv. Now both the Bravia 5 and Sony X90L are great tv’s that give you really good color gradients, but more importantly, both the Bravia 5 and X90L are great tv’s to consider if you have a very bright living room. So today we’re going to checkout the Sony Bravia 5 and we’re going to compare it to the Sony X90L, show you why its worth upgrading.

However, for me it is very hard to justify building out the Bose Smart Soundbar with an external subwoofer, cause bose gets very pricy very quickly.

So this is the JBL Bar 500 Mark 2, and for the most part, JBL’s soundbars are a solid option that will work well with all TV’s. JBL’s soundbars also usually have an HDMI in port which is usually reserved for more premium home theater systems now. And having an HDMI in port on your soundbar can be very useful if you have multiple game consoles and or a Blu-ray player or something else… so this way you can be a little more efficient with your HDMI ports.
