This is the Brane X, its a Durable and Portable Smart speaker with a built in battery… but what makes this speaker very special is that it has a proprietary downward firing subwoofer that allows this tiny speaker to put out a ton of bass. This little guy has more kick in its bass than either the JBL Boombox 3 or the Sony ULT field 7, which are 3 times large. Just like the Sony 1000XM5’s, the Sony 1000XM6’s are perhaps that best ANC Headphones to fly with cause they block out the most amount of noise, and thanks to their built in atmospheric pressure sensors, they should be able to block out the most amount of noise while at cruising altitude. And thankfully, Sony changed the hardware on the 1000XM6’s so they’re a little more comfortable than the 1000XM5’s and they have a smaller case again, making them better for traveling. But today we are going to compare the Sony 1000XM6’s to both the AirPods Max and the beats studio pro. Now the AirPods Max are one of my favorite sounding headphones, and they have a much better sounding microphone on them for phone calls than the Sony.
