So a few months ago we checked out the Sony Theater Bar 6 and the Sony Theater System 6, and overall, I think both of these systems are great, especially the Sony Theater System 6 cause you get a very capable surround sound system that also does a very good job of delivering power to all of your components with just two power outlets, which I feel is super important either if you live in an older house in the north east or if you’re renting an apartment. However, the theater bar 6 and the theater system 6 are not self contained systems like lets say the Bose smart soundbar or the Sonos Beam Gen 2, cause these systems will require and external subwoofer.
