How To Lose Weight - The Truth From Multiple Trainers

So you want to lose weight, thats great to hear! But if you tell your friends and family about your new goals they’re going to tell you a bunch of advice on how to lose weight fast that don't actually work or tell you you have to use a certain weight loss tea. If you do a simple search on how to lose weight you're also going to get a whole bunch of articles that give you unpractical weight loss tips like eating pomegranate seeds with every meal or taking some kind of green coffee extract. The truth is, losing weight comes down to one principle and we’re going to tell you what that is right now.

First off, theres no way to lose weight as fast as you'd like and theres no easy way to lose weight where you don't have to put in the work. In order to lose weight you have to expend more calories than you take in every day. This is called being in a caloric deficit. Now I think this is also a good time to tell you those weight lose teas and diet pills you see on social media don't work to the extent they have you to believe.

Also contrary to popular belief you don't need to eat 5 small meals a day to help boost your metabolism. You also don't have to swear off carbs and fats from you diet. They are essential to your over all nutrition. Everybody is different and requires a different amount of Fats, Carbs, and Protein, in their diet. The frequency at which people need to eat can also differ. There are people that need to eat every few hours and there are other that only eat once or twice a day. Whats important is that you meet your nutritional goals by the end of the day.

In order to lose weight you need to change your daily eating habits and introduce regular moderate exercise. By changing your eating habits we don't mean sacrificing all the foods you know and love and only eat celery for the rest of your life. You need to become mindful of what you're eating, and whats the nutrition content of the foods you are eating. You also need to start counting calories on a daily basis. The app MyFitnessPal is a great way to count your calories and see whats the nutritional content of the foods your eating. After a while you’ll remember the nutritional content of the foods you're eating on a regular basis by heart and not even need to use the app.

So what kind of exercise should you start doing? Well if you can you should start going to the gym and start doing some kind of circuit training or a workout routine that incorporates plenty of compounded exercises. If you’re brand new to fitness you should try out our Beginner's Workout Routine Here. But if you cant make it to the gym then you should try to incorporate more exercises to your daily life by walking or doing body weight exercises. If all else fails then you can also try reducing your calories even more, just be carful of not lowering them too much.
