So this is the AnkerWork S600 Speakerphone with VoicePrint Recognition. Now this is a dedicated, battery powered speakerphone that you can use to take phone calls or video calls with your phone… but it also has a built in wireless charger with QI2 so you can charge your iPhone up while you’re having your meeting. Now first we’re going to talk about what comes in the box, obviously you get the S600 speakerphone it self, and generally speaking I would say that this speaker it small sized speaker, but more importantly it has a vertical design to it and it has a small foot print. But inside the box you also get an Anker 30 watt wall charger and you also get 2 USB C to USB C cables. And with these 2 USB C cables, you can both charge the S600 and you can connect the S600 to your laptop so that you can use the S600’s built in microphone’s for better sound quality on your laptop.
Now when it comes to power, you can use the S600 while its plugged in like a normal speakerphone… but more importantly it has a built in 16 hours battery… so you can use this speakerphone anywhere that you want. So if your video call starts in your home office, you can very easily continue your video call in the kitchen or living room. Or if you’re working in an office you can very easily take this speaker phone to another office if you need to get one of your coworkers to jump on the call with you for something.
But the really cool thing about the S600 is that it has a built in wireless charger which is both MagSafe compatible and it has Qi2 wireless charging… And the wireless charger found on the S600 is the same to the wireless charger found on Anker’s new MagGo wireless chargers that we talked about very recently. So with the S600, not only can you take videos called wherever you want… you can also charge your iPhone while you’re having your video call.
Now since this is a MagSafe Compatible wireless charger, your iPhone is just going to magnetically attach itself, and its going to stay very secured. The charger itself also pivots upto 70 degrees, so you’ll be able to adjust the angle of your camera… but also, when you’re not taking work calls, ive found that the S600 is just great for watching videos cause you can just rotate your phone horizontally.
And since this is a QI2 wireless charger, its going to charge your iPhone with 15 watt speeds which is just as fast as apple’s own mag safe charger, and this is twice as fast as older Qi wireless chargers… and I found that you can also use this charger to charge up your AirPods Pro 2’s as well, so thats nice.
But with power out of that way, lets talk about actually taking phone calls and video calls with this speakerphone. Now the S600 has a 5 watt built in speaker… so your phone calls are going to sound louder and fuller than if you were just using speakerphone on your iPhone. And yes, you cause this speakerphone as a normal speaker to listen to music, or like I mentioned earlier, to watch videos with.
And in order to control your volume, or to accept or reject calls, or to mute your microphone, or to mute or pause your music, there are capacitive buttons down below that also light up… and the S600 also has additional lights on its bass which tell you when you power on this speaker phone, or if you’re getting a phone call, if you have your microphone on mute, or if its charging your phone.
But the star of the show here is the microphone, now the S600 has a 4 microphone array on it, but more importantly it has VoicePrint Recognition, Voice Radar AI Noise Reduction, and it has Automatic Volume Balance. Now first theres voice print recognition, now what voice print recognition does is that this speakerphone will learn your voice and it will only pick up your voice… and most importantly, all of this information is stored locally on the device and the set up precess is a little like this.

So after you have gone through the VoicePrint Recognition process, this microphone is going to exclusively pickup your voice. But then, there’s Anker’s Voice Radar AI Noise Reduction which uses artificial intelligence to block out unwanted noise and we’re going to jump into a few demos here.

So like you may have just seen, the S600 does a really good job of rejecting outside noise thanks to Voice Print Recognition and thanks to Anker’s Voice Radar AI Noise Reduction. And this is especially great cause you dont have to worry about your family members saying anything embarrassing if you’re taking a video call while working from home… or if your in the middle of your call, you dont have to worry about you dog barking if the UPS man comes around… or if you’re working in an office, you don have to worry about confidential information getting leaked.
And finally theres the Automatic Volume Balance which will automatically adjust the volume of your microphone depending on how loud you’re talking, and also how far away you are from the microphone, and you can also walk around and still sound good like this.
