Mocha Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon Jell-O Sugar-Free Butterscotch Pudding
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder. 
1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
1 cup ice
Instant coffee powder (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix the milk and pudding powder until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Add coffee, protein powder and ice; blend until smooth. Top with chocolate shavings and instant coffee powder for some extra crunch.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, soy milk or skim milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3-5 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Banana-Oat Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

Banana-Oat Protein Smoothie

2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
2 bananas
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup cold water
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
PEACH CINNAMON PROTEIN SHAKE

1 cup 2% milk 

2 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 

½ ripe peach 

6 oz of greek yogurt

¾ cup of cinnamon toast crunch cereal

handful of spinach  (optional)

5 grams of creatine (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and enjoy. 

Banana Nut Shake 

Ingredients

Banana Nut Shake

2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 

1 large frozen banana (remember to peel the banana before freezing it)

1 tablespoon of Almond Butter

1 cup 2% milk

dash of cinnamon 

walnuts

Preparation

  1. Peel a ripe banana and slice it up. Place the banana slices into a sandwich bag and place in the freezer to freeze. 
  2. combine all ingredients including the now frozen banana and blend until smooth. 
  3. top with cinnamon powder and walnuts (optional)

CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder 

1 cup Almond milk OR 2% Milk 

1 frozen bananan 

handful of almonds 

1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter. ( can substituted with a tablespoon of PB2 powder)

½ cup dry oats

  1. Peel a ripe banana and slice it up. Place the banana slices into a sandwich bag and place in the freezer to freeze. 
  2. combine all ingredients including the now frozen banana and blend until smooth. 

Apple Pie Smoothie

½ cup apple sauce

½ cup greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk or 2% milk

dash of cinnamon 

dash of nutmeg

1 scoop Cookies and Creme protein powder

½  cup vanilla almond milk or 2% milk

1 tablespoon of PB2 chocolate peanut butter powder 

handful of ice

Banana Pudding 

Banana Pudding protein shake

Ingredients

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

5 Vanilla wafers

Tablespoons almond flour

1 frozen Banana

1 cup 2% milk

Preparation

BlueBerry Muffin 

Ingredients

BlueBerry Muffin protein shake

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

5 Vanilla wafers 

Tablespoons almond flour 

1 cup frozen blueberries 

1 cup 2% milk 

Preparation

  1. Freeze fresh blueberries in the freezer over night (pre frozen blueberries work as well)
  2. combine all ingredients including the now frozen blueberries and blend until smooth.
