Sony's first google assistant integrated smart speaker, the Sony LF-S50G is a great alternative to the original google home. I'm not the biggest fan of the Google Home cause of poor sound quality and limited physical controls. But the Sony's Google assistant smart speaker gives you full control with gestures, improved sound quality and an LED display on the front.
DJI Osmo Mobile 2 Vs Zhiyun Smooth Q
Zhiyun has been teasing their upcoming Zhiyun Smooth 4 for the last few days and they even recently announced that its going to be retailing for $139. So until we can test that gimbal out lets see how the Zhiyun Smooth Q compares to the new DJI Osmo Mobile 2. Even though the Zhiyun Smooth Q is now selling for $99 I still think the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is the better buy.
DJI Osmo Mobile 2 Review - Performs Wells But Hardware Isn't Amazing
DJI's new DJI Osmo Mobile 2 smartphone gimbal is all around better than the original DJI Osmo Mobile. The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 has a much better battery life, its lighter, and the motors don't over heat any more. DJI also managed to cut the price down from $200 to $130. But with those price cuts sacrifices were made on the hardware side.
The New Fitbit Versa Is Cheaper Than The Fitbit Ionic And Its Probably Going To Do Better
Today Fitbit announced their latests smartwatch, the Fitbit Versa. The Funny thing is the Fitbit Versa Looks very similar to the pebble 2 smart watch which Fitbit acquired last year. The Fitbit Ionic isn't the hot seller Fitbit hoped it would be but the radically new design and much lower asking price of the Fitbit Versa makes it a very promising smart watch. I personally think the Fitbit versa Is going to out perform the Fitbit Ionic in sales.
Bose SoundSport Free Vs Jaybird RUN Vs Soul X-Shock
There are A LOT of truly wireless sports ear buds to choose from. There are some good ones and there are some not so great ones. Arguably the Bose Soundsport Free and Jaybird Run are among the most popular, but the Soul X-Shock are the under dog that I didn't expect to like so much. At the end of the day there still aren't a pair of truly wireless ear buds that come close to the air pods. But for working out the Soul X-Shock are my go to ear buds cause of their jaw dropping battery life and they still sound pretty good.
Bose SoundSport Free - Theres Still Room For Improvement
At first I thought paying $250 for the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Earbuds was way too much, Bose has recently decided to lower the price of their Bose Soundsport Free ear buds. Although they sound good and they have great build quality, I feel there is plenty of room for improvement for the Bose Soundsport Free series 2 that will no doubt come out one day.
Jaybird RUN - Rampant Connectivity Issues
I really like the Jaybird X3, they are very reasonably priced and they preform very well. But Sadly the Jaybird RUN failed to deliver due to their rampant connectivity issues. The Sports Wireless Ear Buds is highly saturated and Jaybird really needs to improve on their Jaybird Run if they want to stand a chance. Until further Notice, I recommend getting the Jaybird X3 over the Jaybird Run.
SOUL X-SHOCK Review - They're All About Battery Life
Wireless ear buds are here to stay, and there are hundreds of wireless earbuds on the market. But none of them have a battery life as impressive as the SOUL X-Shock Wireless ear buds. Sure they sound good and wireless connection is fine, but what makes these earbuds standout is their staggering battery life. SOUL claims the X-SHOCK are good for 54 hours of use on a single charge. The X-SHOCK's chagrin case is double the size of the AirPods carrying case, but you can also use the X-Shock's carrying case as a portable charger for your own phone!
